
What happens after I place my order?
Your order will be processed by the Tau leather team. You will either be contacted by the team to verify any uncertainties, or your order will go through to the manufacturing team where your product will be crafted and then delivered.
Do you make custom products?
No we don’t, but we can discuss it with our Design Team for consideration with our next Range.
Can I collect my order?
Unfortunately no collection options available.
Will my products look like the ones on the website?
Although we try our best to ensure that the product you will receive looks exactly like the image on our website, please remember that leather is a natural product and will bare natural marks.
Stitching Colour may vary from the colour of the leather product.
How do I clean my Tau Leather product?
If something has spilled on your TAU Leather product, wipe the spillage with a damp cloth and let it dry naturally. Please do not place your product in the sun to dry.
For general upkeep and moisturising use our TAU Leather Cream which is sold both in store and online.
Do I receive an invoice?
Yes, as soon as your product is completed by the manufacturing team and ready to leave the factory, your invoice would be emailed to you. Please keep this invoice as a proof of purchase for your warranty.
